  • With expertise– Our board-certified hematologist/oncologist and cancer care team provide the latest treatments in radiology, oncology, hematology and surgery.  Working together with a board-certified radiation oncologist at Hembree Cancer Center, personalized treatment plans are developed for each of our patients.  
  • With nationally respected organizations–Our cancer team is able to access to clinical trials with the Southwest Oncology Group and with CCOP (Community Clinical Oncology Program) at MD Anderson Cancer Center’s Research Based NCI-funded program. This gives patients access to innovative new treatments when traditional approaches aren’t successful.
  • With advanced technology –Mercy Fort Smith usesthe most accurate imaging available to diagnose and monitor, as well as the latest treatment technologies like IMRT and IGRT.
  • An outpatient infusion unit- Each private room is furnished with a comfortable recliner for chemotherapy or other infusions and a TV.  We welcome family and friends to stay during the treatment. Free sack lunches, juice and beverages are available to patients during treatment.  Parking is conveniently located near the at the Mercy Clinic Oncology entrance.
