The support group is lead by the Alzheimer’s Association and meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 9 a.m. in the Xavier Room located near the cafeteria on the hospital’s lower level. Breakfast is provided for the participants.
Our certified asthma educator helps patients of all ages learn how to control their asthma, and achieve a better quality of life. The facilitator works closely with the physician to help develop an asthma action plan, and has adult and pediatric asthma kits, with tools to help achieve this goal. Pediatric patients must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Sessions are by appointment only, and must be ordered by a physician.
