Mercy Mountain View has a heart disease and treatment program to help people with heart problems return to their best health possible. Our team of coronary heart disease health care professionals work with you to develop a customized cardiac rehab plan. This may include patient education, supervised exercise and personal support. At every step, our team will monitor your progress to make sure you’re on track to your goals.

If you need us, we offer:

• Certified exercise specialists through the American College of Sports Medicine and certified diabetes educators through the American Diabetes Association.
• Risk factor management.
• Monitored progressive exercise/activity.
• Individualized treatment – typically three times per week for up to 12 weeks.
• Routine reporting back to your physician.
