Can I sign up for MyMercy using my smart phone?

We recommend that you initially sign up for MyMercy using your personal computer and then begin using your smart phone to manage your health. It makes the process easier, and gives you more space than you will have on your smart phone screen.

How do I access MyMercy on my smart phone?

If you have a mobile phone with Internet access, you can access your MyMercy account by following these steps:

  • MyMercy MobileOn your phone, simply go to your Internet browser and type in: www.mymercy.net. This is the same address you use to access MyMercy on your personal computer. If you have any initial problems, check to make sure cookies and JavaScript are enabled on your phone’s browser.
  • Enter your MyMercy user ID and password, again the same as you use on your personal computer.
  • If this is the first time to access MyMercy from this device, you will be asked to answer one of your security questions.
  • Once the log-in is complete, the system will automatically detect you are using a mobile phone and bring up MyMercy in a format specially designed for the smaller screen of your hand-held device.
