SISTERS OF MERCY HEALTH SYSTEM APPOINTS
GENESIS PROJECT VICE PRESIDENT–OPERATIONS
St. Louis, MO
(March 10, 2004) – The Sisters of Mercy Health System (Mercy) has named
Olivia Kirk to the position of vice president – operations for the Genesis Project,
an initiative that will transform work processes and information technology
across the Mercy System. In this role, Kirk will provide leadership for operational
aspects of the Genesis Project, with responsibility for the coordination of
resources, work plans and schedules to ensure successful implementation.
Prior to joining Mercy, Kirk served as vice
president, national healthcare business unit, for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young
in Chicago. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the
University of Wisconsin and is a certified public accountant.
