2013 Nixa Bike Ride - Saturday, June 1st

The physicians and co-workers at Mercy Clinic-Nixa are excited to announce the Sixth Annual Nixa Bike Ride!

This non-competitive riding event will offer scenic routes through Christian County, bike safety education and the opportunity to improve your health. Participants will enjoy a catered lunch, entertainment and much more!

General Information

• 4 Rides are offered to fit all fitness and experience levels.
• A one-mile fun run/walk has been added for those who wish to participate, but perfer not to be on a bicycle.
• T-Shirts are available to all bike ride participants who by May 15th.
• Packet Pick Up will be Friday, May 31st, from noon to 6 p.m., at Mercy Clinic-Nixa. You may also pick up your packet the morning of the ride, starting at 6 a.m.
• On all bicycle routes, there will be rest stops with water, porta-potties, and food. SAG support will also be available.*
• A catered lunch will be provided to all bike ride participants after your ride or run/walk. If you are only participating in the One Mile Walk and Learn, you may purchase lunch for $5.00 per person.
• All participants are REQUIRED to wear a helmet if participating in bicycle event.
• Rain or Shine!

*Porta-potties and SAG support are not available on the 6-mile family ride.

New This Year! One Mile Kid's Walk and Learn

Bring your kids through our One Mile walking course and get healthy nutrition and exercise tips along the way. Stop at all our healthy stations and be entered to win a kid's bicycle! There is no fee to participate in this event. You may purchase lunch for $5 per person.

Please note:

• Online registration will close at 11:55 p.m., on Wednesday, May 29.  If you are mailing your forms, they must be postmarked by Friday, May 24, 2013 to ensure they arrive prior to event day.
• Each registrant must complete a separate application.
• Event shirts are only available to bike ride participants who register by May 15th. Shirts will not be given out to One Mile Walk and Learn participants.

Option 1: Online Registration

Option 2: Drop off locations

You may drop off your completed registration form and payment at any of the following locations:

Please note:
The drop off deadline is Wednesday, May 29th. After that, participants will need to go to packet pick up on Friday, May 31st from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Mercy Clinic-Nixa to register. You may also register the morning of the ride.

Option 4: Day of Event Registration

You may register the morning of the ride. Please come at least an hour early. Only cash and check will be accepted.
