Mercy Health for Life - Independence

Health for Life is a medically based wellness facility with licensed physical therapists, certified personal trainers, certified lifestyle and weight management consultant and certified group fitness instructors. Let us help you tackle your health-related goals, whether that means losing weight, reducing health risks, improving stamina or enhancing your athletic skills. We even offer incentives to keep you motivated AND our facility now offers 24-hour access for members.

Our center offers:

  • Nautilus, strength training and cardio equipment
  • Personal training
  • Lifestyle and weight management consultation

Prizms Salon is also on site, with licensed cosmetologists providing hair services, manicures and pedicures, paraffin wax treatments and more.  Salon phone: 620-331-7251.

Membership

Your membership includes complete access to all our equipment and facilities, plus unlimited fitness classes.

  • Single membership - $38/month + tax
  • Family membership - $48/month + tax (includestwo adults and any household members age 12-23)
  • Joining fee - A joining fee equal to one month’s membership fee is required, but we’ll happily credit it back to your account when you make eight visits to Health for Life within your first month.
  • Non-members may attend any group fitness class for $2 per class.

One free personal orientation session is offered to each new member.

Corporate Membership

Organizations with three or more employees qualify for Health for Life memberships at reduced rates. It’s a great perk that helps keep your employees healthy and productive.
Single - $30/month + tax Family - $40/month + tax (includes two adults and any household members age 12-23) There is no individual joining fee required.
