are three components to the framework:
- Structure
– Ensuring leadership involvement and support through effective governance
and communication.
- Tools
– Identifying and implementing organizational improvement tools to
facilitate change management and performance improvement.
- Resources
– Recruiting and training staff to lead and facilitate organizational
improvement activities.
