Patient Satisfaction

More than two years ago Mercy launched a Systemwide initiative to measure patient satisfaction, focusing on inpatient, ambulatory surgery and emergency settings. At that time, Mercy acute care hospitals joined nearly 6,000 healthcare facilities across the U.S.

and abroad who work with Press, Ganey Associates to measure patient satisfaction. Press, Ganey is one of the leading independent vendors of healthcare satisfaction measurement and improvement services.
