Our Communities

Rooted in the healing ministry of Jesus and inspired by a tradition of caring begun by the Sisters of Mercy, Mercy is comprised of 38,000 people working every day to make a difference in the lives of the 2.7 million patients we touch annually. For nearly 200 years, we have been serving our communities in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma, with outreach ministries extending into Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi.

Today, our legacy of listening and building healthier communities continues. Over the past year, we have conducted 28 community roundtable meetings, numerous patient and customer surveys, and have intently listened to the voice of those we serve.

Now, under the united name of Mercy, we are more prepared than ever to face the health care challenges of our day and deliver on the promise of more personal, coordinated and comprehensive care.
