St. John’s team of neuroscience experts provide unsurpassed care for patients suffering from neurovascular diseases as well as brain, spine or skull-based tumors. As home to the region’s only pediatric neurosurgeon, St. John’s also provides compassionate care to infants through adolescents requiring neurosurgery or treatment. 

• St. John’s Stroke Center is recognized by the American Stroke Association as one of only a handful of facilities to meet their standards regarding assessing and treating stroke patients during the critical “golden hour.”
• Our Spine Center brings together the most comprehensive team of spine care professionals in the state. This approach not only provides a “one-stop shop” for patients with spine problems, it also means they benefit from the coordinated expertise of a wide variety of medical professionals.
• St. John’s Neurosurgery office provides adult and pediatric care for all brain-related diagnoses, including both trauma and elective services. Our neurosurgeons provide online consults and telemedicine services and surgical and non-surgical treatment options.
• Our nationally accredited, full-service Sleep Disorders Center helps people regain restful sleep. We treat a variety of disorders, the most common being obstructive sleep apnea and insomnia.
• We use CyberKnife radiosurgery as a precise, painless, non-invasive radiation treatment that can be an alternative to conventional surgery. The system delivers radiation beams with “T” or “tight to the tumor” accuracy.
• Our Pain Management Center helps people with chronic pain recover, focusing on behavioral medicine, physical therapy and headache management. Board-certified anesthesiologists/pain management specialists provide successful treatment for patients with unresolved pain.
