Admissions/Registration
We want to make it as simple as possible for you to register as an outpatient, inpatient or emergency room visitor. Our electronic health record stores all your key personal and medical data so any Mercy facility can pull it up instantly. The process is quicker, and there’s no need for you to submit the same information over and over.
Inpatient admissions:
Main Admitting– 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Ground floor main lobby (down the escalators across from the coffee bar)
Heart Hospital– 5:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
2nd floor Heart Hospital near the elevators
Outpatient registration:
David C. Pratt Cancer Center– 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Cancer Center ground floor lobby
Doctor’s building– 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tower A ground floor lobby
Heart Hospital– 5:30 a.m.to 6 p.m.
2nd floor Heart Hospital near the elevators
MRI/CT– 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Enter under the blue awning near the emergency room
Surgery Center – 5 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Inside the entrance to the Surgery Center
Women’s Breast Center– 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
