All events will take place at Hammons Field, home of the Springfield Cardinals, in downtown Springfield.
Friday, October 11, 2013 | Packet Pick-up
11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Packet Pick-up: Receive bib, chip timer and t-shirt*
*In order to recieve a t-shirt on packet pick-up day, your registration must be recieved by September 20th.
Please Note: No packets will be mailed and there will be no race-day registration.
Saturday, October 12, 2013 | Race Day
| 6:30 - 8:30 a.m. | Packet Pick-up Participants unable to pick up their packets on Oct. 11 may pick them up on race day at Hammons Field. Please arrive early. |
| 7 - 11 a.m. | Wellness Expo |
| 7:30 a.m. | 5K Race Begins |
| 8:15 a.m. | 1-Mile Walk Begins |
| 8:30 a.m. | 10K Race Begins |
| 10:30 a.m. | Awards Ceremony |
Please note:
- Participants in the 1-Mile will not be timed
- Each entrant MUST complete a separate application.
