Planning, Design and Construction The Mercy Planning, Design and Construction Web site is a resource for Architects, Engineers and Contractors working with Mercy to build the facilities that allow Mercy to provide the safest healing environment for patients. As a centralized service, we have begun consolidating forms and procedures used at each of our Strategic Service Units (SSUs).
