President of Mercy Clinic Washington and Four Rivers
Dr. David Chalk is President of Mercy Clinic in the Washington and Four Rivers area and a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, specializing in total joint replacements, knee arthroscopy and reconstruction, and sports injuries. Before joining Mercy in 2012, Dr. Chalk was chairman of Patients First Health Care.
Education and Credentials
Dr. Chalk received his medical degree from the University of Kentucky School of Medicine and his undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
