We encourage you to send electronic well wishes to family and friends when you can’t visit the hospital in person.

Follow these steps:

  • Select the hospital where your family member/friend is staying.
  • Tell us their name and room number.
  • Tell us your email address so we can confirm your message has been received.

About this service:

  • This service is for incoming messages only. We are not able to send replies from patients.
  • Your message will be hand-delivered to patients each weekday morning.
  • Messages received after 9 a.m. will be delivered the following morning. Emails received over the weekend will be delivered on Monday.
  • There may be delays in delivery for email received during a holiday.
  • We are not able to deliver email received after a patient is discharged.
  • For the protection of our patients, messages of a questionable nature will not be delivered and will be deleted from the email system.
