COVID-19 Vaccination Information

Thank you for your interest in the COVID-19 vaccination.

Mercy appreciates your patience as we work with state leadership and other health systems to vaccinate all those who are eligible under state guidelines. While millions of people are eligible, only a fraction of the doses needed are available at this time. Vaccinating all those who are eligible will take several months. Although many people may wait a month or more for their vaccine, we encourage you to submit your information below to ensure you are notified when you are eligible for vaccination based on state and federal guidelines and vaccine appointments are available in your community.

Mercy’s COVID-19 vaccines are supplied by the state health departments. To be eligible for vaccination, you must be a resident of the state in which you are requesting vaccination and meet the state and federal eligibility guidelines. In the meantime, we encourage you to submit your information below and you will receive notification based on your eligibility as appointments become available. For the most up to date information for your area, visit your state and local health department website:

If you have already submitted your information through mercy.net, we’ll contact you when you are eligible and vaccine supply allows. We have had significant response from our communities so far and are continuing to refine our systems to effectively accommodate the need; our goal is to serve all of those in need, regardless of where patients currently receive care.  We appreciate your patience and support.
