The Echo Core Lab at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis provides off-line analysis and upper-end video imaging capabilities for processing and display, including a dedicated image review station. Our dedicated staff is experienced in national and international multi-center trials, and our medical director and administrative staff also work within the suite, ensuring continued oversight of the studies the core lab serves.

We conduct independent analysis following the highest standards. We strive to advance research and improve the health of patients we serve. Our research and analysis encompasses all modalities, applications and advanced imaging in echocardiography.

Analysis Capabilities

Mercy Echo Core Lab has extensive experience in capturing, storing and analyzing all types of echocardiographic imaging. This includes basic imaging of two-dimensional, color, pulsed and continuous wave Doppler, contrast, shunt studies and three-dimensional imaging. Modalities including transesophageal, intraoperative and intracardiac echocardiographic images are also analyzed.
