Stephanie Diane Bauerle, D.O., has joined St. John’s Mercy Medical Group. Dr. Bauerle’s existing practice, Aspire Internal Medicine, 1780 Old U.S. Highway 50 East Suite 115 in Union, is now also a part of Mercy and has been named Union Internal Medicine.

Dr. Bauerle is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and an Osteopathic Internship at Des Peres Hospital in Des Peres, Mo. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathy from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Mo.

Dr. Bauerle has specialty training in managing Alzheimer’s disease. She attended the Washington University Clinician Partners program for the Alzheimer's Research Institute. She is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Internists, the American Osteopathic Association and the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons. Her professional Interests include rheumatologic diseases, women’s health and preventive medicine. She grew up in Farmington, Mo., and currently lives in Ballwin with her husband and daughter.
