Frigid temps pose dangers to children

It was 10 degrees Tuesday morning as some kids in the Ozarks stood waiting for their school buses. Frostbite is the biggest concern in those kind of conditions and parents are encouraged to teach their kids the importance of bundling up. KOLR/KSFX spoke with a Mercy pediatrician in Springfield who says it takes just half an hour for frostbite to set in on a child.
