Mercy’s St. Louis Cancer and Breast Institute, part of Mercy’s multi-specialty physician group, is proud to welcome a new breast surgeon and announce a new location for surgical consultations.
Breast Surgeon Cara E. Hahs, MD, FACS, recently joined St. Louis Cancer and Breast Institute. Dr. Hahs comes to St. Louis from Indiana where she has practiced since 2003. She earned her medical degree at the University of South Carolina and completed her general surgery residency at University of Missouri, Kansas City. Dr. Hahs completed her breast fellowship at Washington Hospital Cancer Institute in Washington, D.C.
Effective March 1, St. Louis Cancer and Breast Institute will be offering surgical consultations one day a week at a new location. The new office is in the Mercy Medical Building located at 12348 Old Tesson Rd., Suite 120, St. Louis, Mo., 63128. Appointments will be scheduled from the Clarkson Valley location, 636-256-5000.
The Mercy multi-specialty group in Mercy’s east Missouri region consists of more than 380 primary care and specialty physicians, and 62 nurse practitioners and physician assistants. The group covers more than 50 clinical specialties with 100 practice sites.
