St. John’s cardiologist, Frank S. Kim, MD, FACC, FSCAI, is now doing outreach in Lebanon. Dr. Kim will be at St. John’s Clinic-Lebanon-Family Practice at 120 Hospital Drive, Suite 100, the first Wednesday afternoon of each month.
“The access to a cardiologist will help improve access to cardiovascular services,” said Michael Gillen, president of St. John’s Hospital-Lebanon. “It will enhance the ability of our local physicians to refer to a cardiologist, as well as for our patients to get consults and follow-up appointments in their local community. This is a nice enhancement to the cardiovascular services that we have been providing.”
Dr. Kim received his medical education from University of Illinois and completed his residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He rounded out his medical training with a cardiovascular fellowship at LA County/USC Medical Center. Dr. Kim is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Interventional Cardiology and Cardiovascular Disease, and he is an active member of American Medical Association and American College of Cardiology. He has been practicing at St. John’s Clinic in Springfield for five years.
Dr. Kim is married to Lila Kim. They have two children attending school in Springfield where they reside.
