The Mercy St. John’s – Lebanon Foundation received a $1500 donation from Lowe Chevrolet in Waynesville, MO. Kevin Johnson, General Sales Manager of Lowe Chevrolet said, “Team ‘Lowe’ is pleased to present a donation of $1500 for the digital mammography campaign at the hospital. A donation was made for every new car sold during October which is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.”
Karen Simpson, Vice President of Mercy St. John’s – Lebanon Foundation said, “Our thanks to our friends at Lowe Chevrolet in Waynesville. Their generous donation gets us closer to our goal. We’re asking folks in our community to help! We’re only $78,000 from our goal of $200,000. The digital mammography unit costs $400,000. St. John’s is paying for half and the foundation is committed to raising the final $200,000. If you have a loved one that survived breast cancer or one that perhaps lost the fight, consider a donation in their name this holiday season. Early detection is the best form of prevention and digital mammography is the latest form of technology. Our thanks to Lowe Chevrolet for their generosity!”
