Tickets are available for the fourth annual Denim and Pearls Dinner Dance and Auction, which will be held Saturday, April 28, at the Washington Knights of Columbus Hall in Washington. The evening starts at 6 p.m. with cocktails and the opening of the silent auction, followed by dinner at 7 p.m. and the live auction at 7:45 p.m. From 8 to 11 p.m., guests will enjoy dancing to Fred and the Rangers, a country and western band.
Each guest is automatically entered into a drawing for a chance to win a string of pearls donated by Altemueller Jewelry. Auction items up for bid include an afternoon in the Mercy box at Busch Stadium for the June 10 Cardinals baseball game and “half of a hog” donated by Deppe Farms with meat processing donated by Williams Brothers Meat Market. Many more items will be up for bid.
Individual tickets are $50, with tables of eight available. Proceeds from this event will benefit Mercy Hospital Washington Auxiliary. The Auxiliary is proud to support the hospital in its mission to provide quality health care services to the communities it serves. Proceeds from this and other Auxiliary events are given to the hospital to purchase equipment and provide services that benefit patient care.
