It's Not Too Late to Get a Flu Shot

January 11, 2013

The flu season has kicked in across the country. If you’ve been dragging your feet about getting your flu shot, it’s not too late. You will be protected against the flu in 10-14 days following a flu shot.

Flu shots are given to adults and high dose flu shots to older adults. They are available at several of our Urgent Care Centers and at the Mercy Corporate Health office.  You will need to pay for your shots at the time of service. Mercy co-workers and family members receive a discount. The only insurance that will be billed is Medicare Part A and B.

Call the numbers listed below to be sure they still have the shots before you go.
