Fort Scott, Ks. – If you have experienced the loss of a loved one and need support, you may find comfort among Mercy’s bereavement support group.
Mercy Hospice will offer an eight week bereavement and grief support group on Thursday’s from noon – 1p.m. beginning February 7 and culminating on March 28. It is highly recommended that participants make every effort to attend all eight session but attendance is not required.
The support group is open to anyone with a grief or loss issue regardless of hospice care or affiliation. Each week professionals will share topics to assist participants on their journey to dealing with the loss.
All sessions will be held at 902 S. Horton in the Mercy Medical Plaza building in Fort Scott, Kansas.
