WASHINGTON, Mo. – Mercy Clinic oncologist and hematologist Christopher Hueser, DO, will see patients in Hermann starting June 6. Dr. Hueser is a part of Mercy Cancer Center in Washington.
He will see patients in Hermann Area District Hospital, 509 West 18th St. in Hermann, on the second Thursday of each month.
Patients who live in the area will be able to see Dr. Hueser for consultations and follow up visits as well as receive lab and imaging testing at the hospital, where it is most convenient for them.
“Our goal with Hermann Area District Hospital is to provide as many physicians and services as possible, through collaboration, to keep patients close to home for their health care needs, because that brings peace of mind,” said Dr. Hueser. “I’m happy to bring peace of mind to patients who need oncology and hematology services.”
Dr. Hueser attended medical school at Midwestern University and completed his residency and fellowship at Saint Louis University. He is board certified in medical oncology and internal medicine. Mercy Cancer Center is located at 901 Patients First Drive in Washington. He has practiced in Washington for two years.
