Washington, Mo. – Patients with cancer and blood disorders now can see a Mercy Clinic specialist in Sullivan.
Board certified oncologist and hematologist Muhammad Mirza, MD, is seeing patients at Mercy Clinic Sullivan, 101 Progress Parkway in Sullivan. Dr. Mirza is seeing new and follow-up patients from 8 to 4 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month. This offers area patients a chance to receive certain Mercy services closer to home, such as consultations and blood tests.
Mercy already has physicians at two locations in Sullivan, 102 Grande Center and 101 Progress Parkway. Mercy Clinic physicians Felipe Eljaiek, MD, Matthew Tiefenbrunn, MD, and Jose Remo, MD, currently serve Sullivan along with nurse practitioners Barbara Blaue, Cindy Duga, Krystle Reed, and Tammy Watz.
Patients also are served by Mercy Clinic cardiologist Brian Seeck, MD, orthopedic surgeon William Harris, DO, and general surgeons Tom Riechers, MD, and Jonathan Limpert, MD.
In 2015, these providers will be seeing patients in a new, $8 million multi-purpose medical building. The 19,800-square-foot space will feature 10 physicians’ offices and services for X-rays, ultrasound, blood and other medical testing.
