Sales with Something for Everyone

WASHINGTON, Mo. Shoppers are likely to find something they love at one of the next sales hosted by the Mercy Hospital Washington Auxiliary. This year’s sales include sports gear, books, costume jewelry and even pizza.

  • Designer label shoes, socks, handbags and totes for work and play will be on sale at the Laurie’s Shoes sale Thursday, March 20, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Designers include Klogs, Dansko, Birkenstock, Vera Bradley and Seasonal Footwear.
  • “Dining to Donate” with Imo’s Pizza in Washington will be held Tuesday, March 25, from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. Whether you dine-in, carry out or have a meal delivered. and tell server you are participating in Dining to Donate for Mercy. A portion of your bill will go to the Mercy Hospital  Washington Auxilairy.
  • The Books are Fun sale will be held Monday, April 7, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.and Tuesday, April 8, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. This sale features books and gifts for adults and children including cookbooks, children stories, CDs, puzzles and many surprises.
  • Thrift shop at the auxiliary garage sale Thursday, May 1, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Friday, May 2, 7 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 1007 E. Third St. in Washington. Items will be donated by the community.
  • Your favorite team gear will be at the Hats ‘n’ Stuff Sports Sale will be Monday, May 19, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Tuesday, May 20, 7 a.m – 3 p.m. It will feature team T-shirts, hats, jerseys and accessories for adults and children.
  • The Designer Direct Jewelry Sale will be held Tuesday, June 17, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Wednesday, June 18, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. and will feature necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, jewelry sets and accessories at low prices.  

The Auxiliary is proud to support the hospital in its mission to provide quality health care services to the communities it serves. Proceeds from these and other Auxiliary events are given to the hospital to purchase equipment and provide services that benefit patient care. All sales, unless otherwise noted, are held in the St. Francis Room, Private Dining Room or cafeteria on the second floor of the hospital, 901 E. Fifth St. in Washington.
