Top country artist headlines 21st annual Mercy Charity Ball

November 3, 2014

Country Star, Danielle Bradbery

She has been in the national spotlight turning heads (and chairs) since first auditioning for NBC’s The Voice, and on Saturday, December 6th, Danielle Bradbery will charm hearts in Northwest Arkansas at Mercy Health Foundation’s 21st Annual O’Night Divine Charity Ball presented by Walmart/Sam’s Club along with the Lee and Linda Scott Family.  Bradbery, the Season 4 winner of the blockbuster vocal competition, is the spotlight performer at the premier holiday event benefiting the work of Mercy and the patients and families they serve.  An evening like no other, attendees will also enjoy many laughs provided by stand-up comedian, Ryan Hamilton, who has endeared comedy lovers and impressed industry insiders with his observational and sarcastic humor.

“It’s going to be a fun filled night for everyone, and Danielle is going to put on a great show,” said Clark Ellison, Mercy Regional Vice President. “One of our favorite parts of the evening is the singing of O’ Night Divine, and it’s going to be a special one this year. Danielle is such a tremendous talent.”

Bradbery’s coach, Blake Shelton, couldn’t agree more calling her, “the most important artist to ever walk across The Voice stage.” Immediately following her impressive win, the Team Blake darling, from Cypress, Texas, hit the ground running. She made surprise appearances on Blake’s tour, opened for Brad Paisley’s tour, and joined both Hunter Hayes’ and Scotty Mc Creery on their 2014 tours.

Bradbery will perform lead singles, “The Heart of Dixie” and “Young in America”, which have earned her a place on the country music map. Proceeds from the Charity Ball, all of which stay local, will enhance health care services, support patient education and fund charity care at Mercy Northwest Arkansas.  Past donations have supported key projects such as:  Mercy Mobile Health, The Sister’s Boutique, a 4D Heart Ultrasound, Vein Viewer, and Stereotactic Breast Biopsy.
