Urgent Care is relocating and expanding.

To meet increasing demand and provide a higher level of care quickly, Mercy is moving and expanding its adult and pediatric Urgent Care on Tuesday, Feb. 16.

Now located at Mercy’s Smith Glynn Callaway building, Urgent Care will move just one block north to Mercy’s National building at National and Montclair. “The larger space will enable us to move patients more quickly through the clinic and get them back home,” explained Jesse Robinson, Urgent Care director. “Plus, with dedicated laboratory services, x-rays, CT scanning and ultrasound, we can see more complex cases and make a complete diagnosis.”

Urgent Care doctors and providers treat conditions like:

  • Simple cuts and puncture wounds
  • Minor burns
  • Animal or insect bites
  • Rashes
  • Broken bones, sprains or strains
  • Flu, strep, or mono
  • Ear pain
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Other common health concerns

Mercy’s Urgent Care hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.
