Patients have three new choices for health care at Mercy Clinic 50th Street next to Mercy Hospital Joplin.
Appointments are available with Dr. Krishna Kosuru of Mercy Clinic Pediatrics and Dr. Michael Selby of Mercy Clinic Internal Medicine and Mercy Clinic Nephrology at 202 E. 50th St.
The facility, which opened in October, includes family medicine and convenient care. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for family care, internal medicine, pediatrics and nephrology. Convenient care hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays for walk-in care without an appointment for minor health injuries and conditions like coughs, flu, sore throats and earaches.
“Mercy is excited to expand our primary care services at the 50th Street Clinic,” said Dr. Tracy Godfrey, president of Mercy Clinic Southwest Missouri/Kansas. “With it being next door to the main hospital complex, the clinic offers a growing level of convenience for patients seeking a variety of care.”
Family and convenient care medical staff includes Dr. Maria Bruce, Dr. Andi Selby, family nurse practitioners Donna Schultz and Amy Buckner, and Desiree Stuart, physician assistant.
