Jackie Joyner-Kersee and Isaac Bruce Team with Mercy Sports Performance for Camps

To stay in line with the St. Louis County and the St. Louis Pandemic Task Force recommendations for return to sports, these two camps have been postponed indefinitely. 

Mercy Sports Performance powered by EXOS is teaming up with two big names in St. Louis sports – Jackie Joyner-Kersee and Isaac Bruce –for two special one-day-only camps.

Jackie Joyner-Kersee Speed Camp – POSTPONED

Train with five-time Olympic medalist Jackie Joyner-Kersee at the inaugural Mercy Sports Performance Speed Camp. Joyner-Kersee will lend her experience as a world record holding track and field athlete, working with EXOS performance specialists to coach campers through proven training drills:

  • EXOS Three Ps: Position, Pattern, Power
  • Explosive Power Drills
  • Acceleration Skills
  • Absolute Speed

Isaac Bruce Football Performance Camp – POSTPONED

Train with legendary, record-holding St. Louis Rams receiver Isaac Bruce. Together with EXOS performance specialists, Bruce will help coach athletes through EXOS training system drills designed to help them reach their full potential:

  • EXOS Three Ps: Position, Pattern, Power
  • Explosive Power Drills
  • Acceleration Skills

Considered one of the best all-time receivers in the NFL, Bruce was known as versatile and valuable player and world class route runner. He was selected this year as a 2021 inductee into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Bruce will offer campers his support and encouragement as they learn techniques that have improved the performance of more than 1,000 NFL draftees over the last two decades.

Mercy Sports Performance powered by EXOS opened at the Centene Community Ice Center in November 2019. It offers performance training, nutrition services and other sports medicine services allowing athletes, active adults, youth and teams to reach their peak performance.
