Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City Reopens More Patient Entrances

October 5, 2020

Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City has reopened two patient entrances on the hospital’s campus. Those entrances closed in March as measures were put in place to protect patients and co-workers from the spread of COVID-19.  While safety is at the forefront of every decision, we also want to make our campus more accessible for patients and visitors.

The entrances at the Mercy Tower and McAuley will be open to patients 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday. Screening stations will be available at both locations.

Curbside delivery at the Mercy Tower pharmacy will still be available 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday – Friday.

Valet services have also resumed for patients visiting the Coletta Building. Valet will be available 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday.

Mercy plans to expand valet service over the next few weeks at additional locations including the Mercy Tower/Plaza, McAuley, Meinders NeuroScience Institute, Mercy Edmond I-35 and Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City – South.
