Mercy Seeks Community Input in Health Needs Survey

June 14, 2021

Mercy is joining forces with the local Oklahoma City hospitals and community partners to seek input as part of a community health needs assessment (CHNA). The survey is being conducted by COHIT, the Central Oklahoma Health Impact Team, which consists of the four non-profit hospitals: INTEGRIS, Mercy, OU Health, and SSM Health St. Anthony, as well as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma. All residents in our community are encouraged to participate.

The CHNA is conducted every three years to identify strategies to address our region’s top health and social needs. Results are used to guide efforts to address Oklahoma City’s most critical needs. The anonymous survey contains questions about health challenges, access to health care, and social determinants of health including financial status, neighborhood environment and social support networks.

The survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete and will be available through June 30, 2021. All community members are welcomed and encouraged to complete the survey online.
