Mercy Pittsburg Financial Assistance

As part of our healing ministry, Mercy Pittsburg is committed to providing quality health care to all our patients, regardless of their financial situation. Mercy provides this assistance to patients to cover the costs of necessary care based on need, as determined by the Federal Poverty Guidelines, which consider household income and family size. If you apply and are eligible, you'll pay what insured patients pay.

Benefits of financial assistance:

  • More manageable payments when overall balance is reduced
  • Less paperwork, with one application for both hospital and clinic balances
  • Personal assistance with payment plan. Mercy can help you set up a payment plan for any balances that remain after receiving your financial assistance discount. Call Mercy Customer Service at 844-962-7474 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CT or through PersonaPay.

Check the Federal Poverty Guidelines chart below to see if you might be eligible for assistance. If you're uninsured, before applying for financial assistance from Mercy, you must find out if you're eligible for Medicaid. Please call our Medicaid Eligibility Screening team at 844-962-7474. If you're eligible, we'll help you apply for Medicaid.
