Our personal trainers are all college-degreed and nationally certified. They consider your fitness goals and develop fitness programs designed around your needs, interests, and physical capabilities.
We offer a wide variety of one-on-one and group personal training options. These include, but are not limited to, land, aquatic, Pilates (mat and reformer), yoga, breath work, Tai Chi, and sports-specific training.
We also offer swim training to members and non-members.
This service is offered for fee by individual session, or in packages with pricing for members and non-members.
