Cancer Fit Program

If you are recovering from cancer, have recently been diagnosed with cancer or are undergoing treatment for cancer, it’s important to take special care of yourself. Staying active can help reduce fatigue during treatment. Bring your caregiver or friend and they will receive their first visit free.

Clinical Integration Program

The program is designed to help and manage chronic pain, develop attainable exercise habits and increase overall quality of life.

Mercy Fitness Nutrition Series

Join us starting in March to learn about nutrition strategies that you can use to reach your goals and improve everyday health and performance. This nutrition series includes bi-monthly seminars covering various nutrition topics followed by Q&A. Classes are led by Registered Dietician Justin Klein from EXOS.
