Hospital Transportation Mercy is served by Metro Transit-St. Louis, with buses making stops on Ballas Road near all hospital entrances and in the parking lot outside the main entrance. View Metro schedule.
Mercy Hospital St. Louis Parking
Free parking is available near all hospital entrances and the surrounding medical buildings. Remember to lock your car and keep valuables in the trunk.
Free shuttle service is available from all parking lots to the hospital entrances and medical buildings. Go to any patient entrance and press the shuttle button, or call 314-251-6050.
Free valet parking is offered Monday through Friday at four locations:
Medical Tower A, 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Heart Hospital, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
David C. Pratt Cancer Center, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Emergency Department, 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Nearby Lodging

The West County Ronald McDonald House on our campus provides lodging for parents and families of hospitalized children at little or no cost.
