COVID-19 Vaccination Information

Mercy is working closely with state leadership and other health systems to vaccinate all those who are eligible under state guidelines. While millions of people are eligible for the vaccine, only a fraction of the doses needed are available at this time.

If you are eligible based on state and federal guidelines, you can submit a form through to receive vaccination updates. As vaccine supply allows, we’ll reach out to schedule appointments with those who have submitted a form and are eligible. As expected with such high demand, available appointment times fill quickly. For the most up to date information for your area, visit your state and local health department website:

We have had significant response from our communities so far and are continuing to refine our systems to effectively accommodate the need; our goal is to serve all of those in need, regardless of where patients currently receive care.  We appreciate your patience and support.

Making Sure You Get the Care You Need

With the current rate of COVID-19 cases and transmission, coupled with flu season, Mercy is doing everything we can to reduce the risk to our patients. This includes reducing time spent in waiting rooms or public spaces. Our care teams are ready to see you through a video visit, and can make sure you receive the most appropriate care for your condition. (If necessary, they can help schedule an in-person visit or follow-up care as needed).

In most cases, we can provide a treatment plan during your video visit. However, some patients may also need to follow up with an in-person visit for further evaluation or testing.

If you’re having trouble breathing or strong abdominal pain, you may need in-person care. Please contact your provider or seek care at a Mercy or Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care. If your symptoms are severe, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.

Clinic & Hospital Screening Policy

Mercy continues to screen all patients, visitors and co-workers upon entry to its facilities. Everyone will be asked if they have been sick or have any symptoms, temperatures are taken and masks are required for the duration of their visit.
