Called to Serve: Disability Inclusion at Mercy

In this video produced for the Catholic Health Association, Mercy leaders discuss our ministry’s efforts toward fostering a more inclusive workplace for those with disabilities.

Disability Resources Council

A disability resources council is actively developing strategies designed to increase equity in hiring and advancement. This council promotes education and training while collaborating with external organizations, disability advocacy groups and community partners to advance inclusion initiatives. Through these efforts, Mercy has seen growth in disability inclusion across our ministry.

Mercy is an equal-opportunity employer with a goal to ensure every qualified individual has an equal chance to succeed and thrive in our ministry. We are proud of our diverse workforce, which includes individuals of all abilities.

We are dedicated to fostering a culture that values and embraces all co-workers' unique talents, perspectives, and contributions. Please visit Application Assistance for assistance completing the application or interviewing.
