NP Hof is an excellent representative for Mercy. She was very kind and caring and did everything that needed to be done. And she went out of her way to accommodate us and allow us to come back the day after that we were there. She was very understanding and caring. Great representative for Mercy.

Hi, the experience I was not over excited with. I didn't feel that she had enough experience to answer all my questions, so I didn't even put some of them on the line. She was very nice, but I just didn't have that doctor feeling between me and her on addressing my issues.
