    Front desk ladies seem to HATE their job. When checking in they are also LOUD. I already am feeling a certain type of way coming in for an OB appointment and them being loud about my appointment and insurance was obnoxious

    The front desk receptionist seems grumpy, she's not friendly at all my provider totally the opposite, she's very nice and caring
