        Was seen quickly no waiting time. I was treated with respect and compassion. I love Mercy would not go anywhere else for my care.

        My doctor's appointment went great. It was the parking service that was horrible. We had to wait for our car to be delivered back to us for more than 1/2 hour. Everyone was upset about their wait time.

        This was a six moth follow up visit rolled together with a re-scheduled surgery follow up due to apparently a shift in personnel in the surgery department. The six month follow up was all well and good but answers for the surgery follow up would have been appreciated two months before/two months post-surgery.
