I'm upset that my appointment with the physician didn't start until 30 minutes past the scheduled time. I feel that if the patient is asked to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time then the physician should be expected to be on time as well.

I like mercy psychiatry a lot! Callie even printed off some night exercise type stuff to help with my sleep. I've had mental health issues for about 20 years and found many providers don't listen to there patients or really even care! I really like the mymercy setup and always get prompt responses from my providers.

I wanted to reach out and let you know that I've been having trouble with your messaging software. It's been causing some real frustration, and I don't think it should be this difficult to communicate with my healthcare provider. Given the scale of Mercy and the resources available, I think this is something that should be fixed as soon as possible. If you truly care about providing a good experience for your patients, this is an issue that needs attention. It's 2025, and reliable communication tools are essential. I hope your IT team sees this message, as there seems to be a significant issue with the software that needs attention.
