        I'm still having trouble since January I rec a statement saying I owe 20.00 co pay which I paid at time of visit in cash. They even said it showed I paid cash no one knows why I am receiving a statement every month. Any information you can give or take it off my account. I realize it's only 20.00 but don't owe it.
