    Courtney was very flexible and understanding about the difficulties of obtaining my Rx. When the pharmacy could not fill it at the Festus location she transfered it to the Dierberg's pharmacy on Hwy 141. I now have my Rx for the first time in over a year! Please keep up the good work. Thank you.

    Calm waiting room, I found Courtney easy to talk with, comforting and was able to start a more efficient treatment plan.

    Staff are amazing but it annoyed me how Courtney was kind of dismissive and unhelpful, and seems to only want to add and change my medications around. She also commented on my weight without offering any kind of insight or solutions. I have had to kind of realize on my own time that my weight is the result of an undiagnosed eating disorder. If she had asked questions surrounding that, I probably wouldn't have walked out feeling even more ashamed of my depressed eating habits now.
