NP Doug Mayo is wonderful. I feel very comfortable around him and he has always been supportive and compassionate. I've never felt rushed or had questions "brushed off". The entire Mercy team continues to impress.

I've always had good care and my children have had good care at Mercy Family Medicine. One of the reasons I would hesitate to recommend it to anyone else though is that it's so hard to get sick or same-day appointments. They always seem extremely busy.
