    I was quickly checked in, within minutes I was called back. The technician was very knowledgeable and sweet. I only had to wait a few minutes for Dr. Bai to come in, she was very thorough and I knew exactly what I needed to do when I left. I also love the My Mercy App, I get very quick responses from my doctors and can go on and quickly request my medication refills.
