        Dr, Louis Hirsch is the best eye doctor I have ever had. He thoroughly answers and explains all of my questions and concerns. I highly respect and recommend him.

        Time schedule is horrible. The waiting of 3-4 hours is tooooo long. Need to work on a better plan!!!

        It is ridiculous that Mercy schedules overbooks so many appointments. It took 15 minutes to find a parking spot and I wound up parking over by the hospital. Every visit in thelis clinic takes a minimum of 2.5 hours to be seen for 5 minutes by the doctor and then be charged a ridiculous amount for sitting in the waiting room that long. It cost me several hours off work which also cost me mpney. My time is just as valuable.
